Welcome to HF Empowered Postpartum! First of all, CONGRATS! You just had a baby or babies, and this is such a powerful time in your life. Or you plan to have a baby soon and want a program for that special time!

Empowered Postpartum is designed to take you from birth to fitness again. We walk you through using your breath and movement to reconnect to your body, and then progress into fitness from there. We will help you build strength again from the inside out so you are ready to move to full intensity as soon as possible!
